April 2023 is about Money, Alliances, & a Fated Degree of the Zodiac.
Financial looseness from the past is creeping up to be reckoned with. No need to act out of fear, just grab the helm and steer. Quit avoiding managing your numbers or making necessary financial decisions just because you don’t want to ‘bite the bullet’. What prompts your impulses to spend? What are your broader financial goals? What about looking at money feels fearful for you? What allies can help improve your financial position or advance your endeavors?

You may be talking, texting, visiting, and even writing plans about collective schemes. Between April-May be ready to shift something from concept into implementation.
Monthly themes of money + alliances play out on the world stage as well. Shocks from financial crashes at Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, and Silvergate Bank in March 2023 may deepen as the value of the US Dollar drops and our status as the World Reserve Currency is questioned as the BRICS nations discuss developing their own currency.
Meanwhile, a major government announcement may shift the power curve in the final hours of the month leading us into May which opens a five-month window for power reversals.
An eclipse in the final 72-hours of April occurs at the prophetic ‘Anaretic Degree’ said to be a “sealed fate” or “irreversible ending” according to Ancient Wisdom Teachings.

4/3-5/13 MONEY MATTERS.
Money is one of the most powerful material energies on our planet- we all lust for it, but are often afraid to address it. You spend most days of your life working to create more money, but probably spend very little time organizing the in-and-out flow of money and even less time strategizing about the motivating intention behind your money. You have a relationship with money that sounds like: “Chase it, but don’t look at it.”
A common financial behavior: Money = Lust + Impulse + Fear + Avoidance.
Lust: An endless chasing or scavenging for more dollars that never reaches a fulfillment point. Thinking that, somehow, you always need more of it. Rarely attached to a definitive, measurable goal and even more infrequently is there a meaningful, motivating factor beyond just acquiring more things or ‘keep up with the Jones’.
And, when put under a microscope, lacking a strong plan of how to build + sustain long term wealth. At best there are incoherent attempts at random savings accounts, stock market gambling, and untrained investing.
Impulse: Surrender to the temptation of immediate gratification. When your relationship to money isn’t founded on a meaningful ‘why’ and lacks measurable goals, whatever looks good in the moment ends up in your shopping cart. It feels good at first, but then the feeling dissipates. You constantly go looking for the next high. This feeds you back into the loop of lust: you need more money again.
Fear: Dread of not having enough money and equally dread looking at your money. Fear is a powerfully motivating primal impulse, but eventually runs out of steam. Thinking you’re going to ‘scare yourself into saving’ or earning more income is a strategy that won’t get you very far. Just look at where it’s gotten you now. Ironically, you don’t want to look at where it’s gotten you now. Like most people, you might be afraid of sitting down to look truthfully at your accounts, spending habits, and long-term wealth plan (if you even have one at all). And certainly you might be afraid to talk about money with someone else, like your partner or a professional financial adviser.
Wealth is about Power + Accountability.
We want the power that money provides, but we’re not always committed to the accountability it requires.
Avoidance: Delaying looking at our real financial numbers or delaying asking for help. Fear talks you into the cover story of telling yourself: “somehow it will all just work out in the end.” How often have you heard that as the wealth-building strategy for the world’s richest people? Probably never. No rich person ever said: “I just closed my eyes, hoped for the best, and one day tons of money suddenly appeared in my bank account.” Wealth is intentional, not accidental. No one gets rich by avoiding looking at money.
Good news is the key to wealth is closer than you think: it’s already inside of you. Just like every living organism is born with DNA that contains codes for physical unfolding, you were born with cosmic codes that direct your energetic unfolding.

The fantasy of being a “self-made success” is really just a heroic-sounding Ego trip.
No one succeeds in life alone, on an island, in a vacuum, single-handedly. Our successes- and failures- are always within the context of others. This means that the extent of our independence is defined by the reach of our interrelationships.
As the saying goes, “it’s who you know.” But also, as another saying goes, “mind the company you keep.”
In order to become more powerful, you need to increase the power of your alliances.
· Who can support your efforts, advance your goals, and extend your reach?
· Who brings something you lack?
· Who counterbalances where you overexaggerate?
· Who calls the cards on your Small Self and calls forth your Higher Self?
You may also need to show up at a higher level to appeal to those who would help you. Learn to see your lover, friend, family, or business partner in a new light: perhaps they hold a key to the next step in illuminating your path.

4/11-5/7 LUCK MEETS LIKE-MINDS.
4/10-11 is One of the luckiest days of the year as heroic Sun unites with favorable Jupiter—try your luck at something! This particular transit happens only once (maybe twice) per year, so go for it. An excellent date for business deals, meetings or events, or social soirees. Whatever would make you feel ‘big’ is the thing to take a swing at.
Over the next three weeks from 4/11-5/7 we are seeking a “meeting of the minds” in our interpersonal relationships- both in business and love. Outside of the mind, meetings with aligned individuals may happen virtually online, by trading texts and emails, and even via quick trips. We are feeling chatty, social, and inclined toward networking like ‘social butterflies’ or ‘bees buzzing about.’ You are talking about putting a plan together, and there may even be something in writing. Basically, you are “in talks” to see where the relationship is going next.
4/19-20 READY TO RETROGRADE.
Get ready to retrograde as an Aries Solar Eclipse kicks off our first eclipse series of 2023 alongside our first retrograde of 2023.
April 19th-21st are the hottest 72-hours this month!
The Aries Solar Eclipse is taking you from the initiating phase towards the manifestation phase of something you’ve been working on. Is there an emerging endeavor that you have been generating initial activity in but now it’s time to ‘make it happen’? Bring plans into actualization over the next two weeks into May. There could be some deciding point within the next 72 hours Weds-Fri about whether the plan is going to happen or not.
Meanwhile, Mercury Retrograde kicks off in the financial sign of Taurus from 4/21-5/14 either increasing your dollar discipline or creating temporary financial worry.
Admittedly, this is a bit of a rough retrograde kickoff date on the heels of an eclipse (I would definitely not buy a house or get married, so-to-speak, around this date.)
Money is an ogoing theme throughout April-May, so make sure you’re spending in alignment with your values. Reality check: you’re going to spend time, money, and energy in life no matter what. So spend on the things that you are going to move your life forward. Consider investing in self-improvement services like a fitness trainer, financial advisor, legal counsel, business strategist, or life coach.
One of the biggest mistakes I see when clients are trying to get ahead is that they are spending on the wrong things or unwilling to spend on the right things. Either their time, money, and attention are spent on ‘quick fixes’ and distractions. Or they are hesitant to spend time, money, and attention on deeper, long-term investments in themselves.
Notice where “feel good” spends fall short: injections, extensions, tanning, nails, cars, clothes. Those spends feel good in the moment, but may be leaving you unfulfilled in the long run when what you’re truly hungry for is a deeper knowing and loving of yourself and the desire to see your biggest dreams succeed. You might be overspending on fixing the outside without fixing the inside; building the frame without the foundation.
Prioritize dreams over distractions, and let go of the fantasy that you’re going to read all the free books and watch all the free online videos to independently solve your problems expediently and expertly on your own. Simply put: invest in yourself.
4/30-5/1 BOMBSHELLS. Pre-Pluto Retrograde and Mercury Retrograde midpoint vibes, yikes! The next 48 hours might be full of unexpected surprises or changes; bit of a topsy-turvy time, hang on. Interestingly, something may come up regarding that emerging endeavor you’ve been working to make manifest. It’s fine to take a meeting or make progress, but don’t sign any papers or make absolute final commitments right now. (I would definitely not buy a house or get married, so-to-speak, around this date.)

4/3 WORDS OF WARNING. April 2023 begins with an important message, warning, or document around 4/3- possibly related to the Trump indictment or AI Moratorium. It also begins a two-month period of global financial review during April-May.
4/21-5/14 MONEY MATTERS. Americans may experience unexpected financial issues linked to Tax Day and the 87,000 new armed IRS agents hired by the US Inflation Reduction Act to perform in-home search-and-seizure at gunpoint for tax violations. Will the US government intentionally announce new IRS rules after everyone has already submitted taxes so that the agency has newfound grounds to investigate taxpayers?
Also, watch for continued stress on the US Dollar losing its status as the World Reserve Currency as the BRICS nations create their own cash stash, possible digital banking fraud across numerous world banks and a push towards digital currency disguised under the tempting appeal of ‘consumer convenience.’
4/3-6/24 FOOD & FARMLAND. Keep an eye on who is buying up farmland and lobbying dramas with the meat/dairy industry within the FDA as new food + climate rules are attempting to roll out and the industry’s biggest violators attempt to push back or pay off regulators to hold their position.
4/30 FATED DEGREE OF THE ZODIAC.
The most intriguing surprise could come at the end of the month around the April 19th-21st Solar Eclipse in the military leadership sign of Aries. The eclipse occurs at the final 29th degree of the sign called an Anaretic Degree or “fate degree” which, according to Ancient Wisdom Teachings, is said to be the ending of something or a sealed fate. Will a major political figure go down? There could be an assassination attempt, or at least an assassination of one’s reputation. Certainly it seems like an inside job. This major political figure might not make it out of the peak crisis. But if he does, he might come back stronger than ever before.
